Aurélie Marchand, consultante, a accompagné Alizée et Pierre, bénéficiaires de la prestation Activ’ Crea, dans la construction de leur projet de création d’entreprise. De l’émergence du projet à la mise en relation avec les partenaires de la création d’entreprise en passant par la construction du business plan, ils ont travaillé ensemble sur les fondations de leur projet de reconversion professionnelle.
1/ Qu’est-ce que Lou Kombucha ?
Lou Kombucha est une boisson à base de thé fermenté, naturellement pétillante. C’est un soda naturel, sans sucre, sans alcool, qui disposent de nombreuses propriétés pour la santé. C’est une boisson vivante, remplie de probiotiques, véritable alliée pour votre flore intestinale. Nous brassons notre boisson à Longues-sur-mer, et proposons 3 saveurs, L’Original (nature), le Citron vert-Menthe-Gingembre et le Carotte-Citron-Curcuma pour 2 formats (30cl et 50 cl).
2/ Que vous a apporté Analyse & Action et quels ont été les points forts de cet accompagnement ?
Analyse & Action nous a permis de mieux cerner nos attentes, de valider nos ambitions et nos convictions. Notre consultante nous a guidé dans les premières étapes de la création de notre projet, notamment sur la construction du business plan, les premières modalités de la création d’une entreprise, les différents interlocuteurs à contacter etc.
3/ Quels conseils donneriez-vous pour réussir aujourd’hui sa reconversion professionnelle ?
Il faut avant tout être convaincu par son projet, ne pas douter en ses capacités, et son pouvoir intérieur.
Cela signifie être conscient que le chemin sera long, très long, semé d’embuches et de difficultés, mais que rien n’est insurmontable si l’on s’en donne les moyens.
Faire en sorte d’être bien entouré, se faire suivre (Analyse et Action, CCI, chambre des métiers, banque etc…), essayer d’anticiper un maximum et de penser à tous vos besoins (vous en oublierez forcément).
En effet, l’entrepreneuriat représente beaucoup de sacrifice et de temps…
Mais tout cela c’est pour vous, et même si ça ne marche pas, vous sortirez grandi de cette expérience.
C’est en sortant de sa zone de confort que l’on évolue positivement dans la vie, entreprendre c’est voyager.
